Intellectual Property Rights

Last updated: August 1, 2026

At Oceumi (operated by MILESSA COMMERCE LLC), we take intellectual property seriously — both our own and everyone else's. This page explains who owns the content on this website and how to notify us if you believe your rights have been infringed.

  1. Ownership of Our Content

All content on oceumi.com — including our original artwork, prints and patterns, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and the overall look and feel of the store — is the property of MILESSA COMMERCE LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Every Oceumi print is an original, exclusive design. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

  1. Trademarks

"Oceumi," the Oceumi logo, and our product names are trademarks of MILESSA COMMERCE LLC. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

  1. Limited Permission to Use the Site

You are welcome to view, share, and browse our website for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproducing our designs, using our images in advertising, or reselling products bearing our artwork — is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

  1. Respecting the Rights of Others

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our designs are created in-house or properly licensed. If you believe that content on our website infringes a copyright or trademark you own, please contact us using the procedure below and we will review your claim promptly.

  1. How to Submit an Infringement Notice

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please email us at support@oceumi.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Notice" and include:

  1. A description of the work or trademark you believe has been infringed;
  2. The exact URL(s) or product page(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears;
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.
