Chest — lay a shirt you love flat, measure armpit to armpit, then double it.

Shoulder — from the seam of one shoulder straight across to the other.

Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

Length — from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
