Welcome to Oceumi.

Oceumi (“Oceumi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand owned and operated by MILESSA COMMERCE LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of oceumi.com (the “Site”), including any information, products, features, tools, and services available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.

By visiting the Site, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizing information, prices, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, patterns, images, and other details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, or other factors.

Due to manufacturing and printing processes, minor variations in color, pattern placement, positioning, or alignment may occur between individual products.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to reject, limit, or cancel an order, including in circumstances involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information
• Pricing or product information errors
• Product unavailability
• Unusual order quantities
• Violation of these Terms
• Technical or payment processing errors
• Orders that we reasonably believe may be intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges may be displayed separately where applicable.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Oceumi generally does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

SECTION 6 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND OFFERS

From time to time, Oceumi may offer promotional codes, discounts, bundles, free products, limited-time offers, or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available for a limited time.
• Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements.
• Discount codes may not be combined with other offers.
• Free products may require the qualifying products to remain in the order.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• Promotions may not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Specific promotional terms displayed on the Site, advertisement, email, or promotion page may apply in addition to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most Oceumi products are made to order, which means production generally begins after an order is placed.

We work with manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, and logistics partners in Vietnam and China to produce and ship our products.

Depending on the product and fulfillment availability, an order may be produced and shipped from either country.

Our registered business address in the United States is not necessarily the location from which an order is produced or shipped.

Shipping estimates, processing times, delivery windows, available shipping methods, and related information are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be displayed during checkout.

Our standard processing and production time is generally 2–5 business days.

Estimated shipping transit times after processing are generally:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–15 business days

Standard tracked shipping is generally available at a flat rate of $4.99 per order, unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Tracking information is provided when available and generally begins updating within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Delivery attempts
• Local postal conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• High-volume periods
• Other logistics-related events

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or transit.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may also be subject to the carrier's procedures and policies.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect items, and other post-purchase issues are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible returns, including eligible change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns, Oceumi covers the applicable return shipping cost.

Our current return terms include:

• Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 for eligible returns
• Restocking Fee: $0.00
• Eligible returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Proof of purchase may be required

Standard made-to-order Oceumi products are not considered personalized or customized solely because they are produced after an order is placed. Unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase, eligible standard made-to-order products remain subject to our normal return terms.

Products that are specifically personalized or customized for an individual customer may be subject to different return eligibility as disclosed before purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect personalized products will still be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers should contact us before returning a product so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when making purchases through our Site.

• Brand names
• Website design
• Layouts
• Marketing materials
• Other creative content

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of an Oceumi product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the product's design, artwork, branding, or other creative elements.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected Oceumi intellectual property for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of artwork, patterns, product images, or other protected materials owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Oceumi may result in appropriate action to protect our rights.

SECTION 13 — USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a product review, photograph, feedback, suggestion, comment, or other content to us (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by submitting User Content directly to Oceumi or through features provided on our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting our business and products.

This may include displaying genuine customer reviews or customer-submitted photographs on our Site, emails, or marketing materials, subject to applicable law.

We may remove or decline to publish content that:

• Is unlawful
• Contains malicious or abusive material
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or deceptive content
• Includes sensitive personal information
• Is unrelated to the relevant product or customer experience

We do not require reviews to be positive.

Where a review was incentivized, we may identify it as such where required by applicable law or platform rules.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or similar losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oceumi and MILESSA COMMERCE LLC, together with their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers, from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your infringement of another party's rights
• User Content submitted by you that violates applicable law or third-party rights

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
